removing a 1970 roadrunner dash frame

Hi, I have a 1970 Roadrunner and i'm not sure if the dash frame is removal or not? The reason I need to remove the frame so I can paint the top of the dash. Please help, thanks.

Windshield has to come out first I believe.

Correct.Windshield has to be removed,and the dash frame bolts are under the seal.

The windshield must be removed to access the bolts under the gasket.
Remove those bolts and one bolt on each corner of the dash behind the kick panels and it will come out.
The A pillar moldings and steering column will also need to be taken loose.

Big Block,

If you can, make a small stand to hold the dash frame while you paint it. Let it cure and use the same stand to assemble the components and reinstall it as a complete assembly back into the car. It made my work much easier!
