okay in my 94 ram im putting together i have everything in place except one tranny line theres two lines. one is nut the other has like a brake line style flare and is there come kinda of nut im missing to hold this on thanks bryan

That is a "push in" style line,the shank below the flair seats on an o-ring in the fitting, the flair is retained by steel or plastic fingers inside the fiting to hold it in place. The cooler fittings can be found at the dealer or some transmission parts supply houses, make sure you know the thread size into the case, there is more than one. And do not overtighten, the cases are easy to crack.

A TSB came out about this PUSH IN fitting and what is involved to REPLACE it wit ha screw on fitting because they have been known to come apart ...

Known to come apart & known to leak when reused too
