Would anyone have the following dimension for a 1971 cuda or challenger with Hemi? Or even a RB motor would help narrow down if it is right or wrong.

Since you don't have either a "hemi" pulley as in picture #2, and a regular B & RB pulley in picture #1, my thoughts would be to use the regular Power steering pump pulley from the B & RB engines, and 2 groove crank pulley, from the same. You have the thin balancer on the engine, so you would be better off going that route, instead of going the spacer route, in your other posting. At my storage locker i have lots of Federal pumps, brackets, pulleys, that you might be interested in.
