Can anyone tell me if either of these is correct for a 1971 Hemi Cuda?

If #2 has a correct "hemi" pulley on the pump, that's the one.

Any easy wall to tell if it is the right pulley, other then bolt it on and see if it fits?

Can't help you with that question.
It's an old picture of mine.
Sold the car 8 years ago.
Year One sells repop pulleys.
Maybe they give measurements, on their catalog page.
Some other member possibly can chime in, and help you out.

Would anyone have the following dimension for a 1971 cuda or challenger with Hemi? Or even a RB motor would help narrow down if it is right or wrong.

Do you have pump #1 also ? if so compare the offset as #1 appears to be a B RB pump , or at least the pulley is ...

I have neither at this point, looking at buying #2 but want to make sure it has correct pulley first.

Since you don't have either a "hemi" pulley as in picture #2, and a regular B & RB pulley in picture #1, my thoughts would be to use the regular Power steering pump pulley from the B & RB engines, and 2 groove crank pulley, from the same.
You have the thin balancer on the engine, so you would be better off going that route, instead of going the spacer route, in your other posting.
At my storage locker i have lots of Federal pumps, brackets, pulleys, that you might be interested in.

I want to keep on the correct pulleys and pump on the engine it my reasoning for wanting to make it work. I have an RB pump and pulley that I measured and it is 2.37" from water pump housing mouning surface to the center line of pulley. The #2 pump I pictured I found out is 2.75" so I think it is the correct pump as the Hemi pulley is suppose to stick out a little further then the RB pulley.

I also accuratley measured everything tonight and I need a .717 spacer to line the crank up with water pump pulley. Doing that I have exactly 2.754" from water pump housing mount to center of Steering groove on the crank. That is pretty darn cloe to 2.75 that the pump measures.

I found where I can get a .70 spacer pretty reasonable which is problably close enough. They also have a 1" I could get and turn it down to .717. Going to double check my numbers and order one.
