So the 6.1 crank is proven to oil good up to 7500-8000 ok? When the Drag Pack first were speced out they said stock cranks?? Heres mine I was messin with last night.
He did say reworked, What ever that means but i doubt a 6.1 crank in stock form could do that.

HHP told me that they have a bunch of them turning 7500@ over 1000hp on their turbo stuff.
I'm not sure where the whole "6.1L cranks can't turn RPM" came from. But the more people I actually talk to, the less I believe the moparts masses that preach it.
The mopar masses are preaching what David Barton says is the problem. Given his success with the Gen 3 hemi stuff, I would be inclined to listen.
x2...Barton says there is an issue, won't say what it is thought, masses are too scared to try and push the limits themselves when they are told there is an issue, and voila lol
Kinda sucks though that this info is not readily available or being shared...I mean really if this gen III hemi thing is going to ever take off other than in drag pak and in the LX platform cars, some info needs to be shared and the veil pulled off so to speak

A Molnar crank and rods from Chuck Lofgren cured my oiling problems. Motor is back out and running fine. Has over 200 laps of dirt tracking on it without any problems. Using the same belt driven Barnes oil pump set-up as before.
If you like drag racing, support your local track.

What is high rpm? 6500? 7700? 8800?
Call Molnar and he would be glad to explain your high rpm oiling issues with a stock 6.1 crank. He was very helpful with me.
I am guessing most on here do not need his crank, unless you plan on spinning it harder than say 7500. (Assuming you are staying with stock stroke)
A stocker or super stocker wanting to spin high rpm would benefit from having the crank he manufactures.
With all this said, I am going to be keeping a stock 6.1 crank turned down, but it would be nice to have the Molnar crank.
