Location for e-body Brake Line and Fuel Line Shields

They are installed near the front of the leaf springs on each side of the car. I do not understand where these shields should be mounted? Can anyone show the correct location.. Bad picture but maby someone knows? Nicklas

Here is photo of the later style fuel / brake shield
Note the extra step in the metal strap opposite the bolt hole. When installed this design allows the shield to fit better over the lower pinchweld area.
I do not know exactly when the switch over occurred. However in my experience the shield without the step was used on 1970 cars and also some 1971 models. I have seen the later style (with step) starting on the 71 model and then definitely from 72-74.
