Would you use this chipped brake drum? That is 11 x 2-1/2 rear on 68 Plymouth RR. I have been trying to chase down a mysterious vibration and wonder if that could be the source. The only new replacement drums in 11 x 2-1/2 that I can find are the finned ones (example Bendix PDR0365). Will those fit and work with the existing backing plates? Everyone's catalog shows 68 RR with 10 inch rear, but no junior they had 11. Well at least one of them did; mine.

Yours isn't alone... Junior & his computer don't know half of what they think they do... I doubt thats your vibration & I've seen plenty of drums with similar damage run without issue for years, but if tracking a vibration I could see wanting to replace the drum just to eliminate it... But again I doubt it's the cause... Know anyone who has a drum you could borrow to test... Have you checked driveline angle?

W/O the disc option, rear drums were 11X2.5". With discs, rears were 10x2.5", unless your car had the Dana axle.
The finned drums bolt on and are a nice upgrade.
