What Andrew said, I dont think 2 of the terminals are supposed to be spliced together & I'm wondering why someone had done that. Any possibility you can get the correct one?

so the 2 pin is just 12 volt power. the other single pin is 5 volts out. ground is the case, there is a cut out on one side that it bolts to the ground. in the http://rt-eng.com/rte/index.php/RTE_Limiter_Faqpart way down you can see he has lables on it wired up.
