I just bought a different truck and the seller/idiot sprayed the drivers windon with silicone for some odd reaason. I've tried windex, rubbing alcohol, gasoline, simply green,and car polish. What to do?

You can get it from your PPG auto paint store or other brands may have a similar product ( Spray gun cleaning solvent). It works good for removing RTV, 3M weatherstrip adhesive ( gorilla snot ) and aviation sealer ( Baby poop) from gasket surfaces too. I should be a salesman for this stuff. Once you use it you will see..... The stuff work on everything.

ahy master A Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 7,664 IN	Auto body shops (and Eastwood and Autocolorlibrary.com) sell a special solvent formulated for paint prep that cuts silicone (grease and wax remover). I'd try that.
