Another key point is to make sure you have the rite Z-bar.. The adjusting rod from the fork to the Z-bar should be parallel to the bellhousing.. This assures less slop in the linkage. We have seen certain installs where the adjusting rod is angled going to the fork/bell housing. The differences are due to the mounting position of tab(on the Z-bar)that the adjusting rod goes into. As there are a couple of different Z-bars of the same length but have different position for the mentioned tab. Just my ..

Just use a Chevy rocker arm ball pivot. I have been doing it for years with no issue. It's not keyed, but never had any problem. Just use a little EP High pressure grease.
Works great. Better than that crummy plastic washer insert, which always breaks.

It may have been a truck part originally, but it is listed in the 70-71 Passenger Car Parts Catalog as a 71 B & E-Body part. It looks like it replaced the washer and rubber piece in 71. The 72 - 74 parts books list it for A, B & E-Bodies. P/N 2401740 - Release fork adjusting swivel.
Here is a comparison picture of the Chevy rocker arm ball pivot and the Chrysler swivel,
