Anyone know the correct screws for the trim piece that goes on top of the lower valance? It is like the only screw not defined in my B body restoration reference manual book.

Thanks in advance, Rick.

I was in that same position this last fall. Out of the few I pulled off, I never seen the same screws. I THINK (and thats a big THINK) they are the same as wheel opening screws from what I remember. Ive seen the larger pan head style trim screws as well. I will look at mine again tonight and see what I used. Hope that helps!

The ones on the right are definitely correct for the WOM's and they are what I used on my valance trim.

Hey Rick,
I think I have some of those screws left over from my barracuda wheel openings if you need them.

My '70 Coronet 440 trim screws were definitely more like the ones on the LEFT. Maybe even a little more flange edge. Sold it and the screws awhile ago.

I'm the CARETAKER of Weinstats '69 440 'cuda registry and have 104 of the 360 cars to date. 84 fastbacks/20 coupes. Always looking for new(REAL M-code) '69 440 'cudas to add to the registry so drop me a note if any are found or known. This isn't a publicly released registry. Thanks, Dave
