I'm thinking it "could" come close to 500 HP, depends on a lot of factors but 480 should be easily within reach.

ET is going to depend on the chasis...converter, gearing and tires..

Do you plan on putting it on the dyno? If so I'm interested in the results. I'm using a set of Brian@IMM RHS heads, m1 single plane, Solid cam with around the same lift as you in a stock stroke 360. I just have to get around to getting the correct thickness head gaskets and a few other little things and then it can be put together.

I already have the cam and headers so they will be sticking around. I have all the stuff for the short block and the heads. The only thing I do not have is an intake, bearings, and a few gaskets.
I will be driving it on the street also so I probably would not make the cam any bigger if I could and If I had a choice about the headers I would probably use 340 manifolds instead. The only other exhaust option I have is 273 manifolds.

Engle cam specifically for mopar lifters with 1.7 rockers. I originally had it ground for a bigger engine with a tad less compression, then I had to sell my stroker short block. I hope it is not too lumpy for this combo
