We have the GM type ends on our MSDs.Much better than the slip ins and the retainer keeps them on.The ends are easy to change.Just make sure your present wires are real good or you will have a nice lighting display under your hood.Rocky

factory chebby HEI dist's have the coil( a square transformer looking device) in the top of their HEI distributors so the regular canister coil tops(for the rest of us) are the same. You might call FBO & hear him out about coil selection. I liked what he had to say.

It may be a Ford cap, not a GM HEI. The Mopar Magnum cap can also be used on a Mopar dist with the adapter from Robb Mcs Performance.
