Mount the hinges to the doors and then get lots of help if you want to save your paint.
I have done it supporting the door with a floor jack, but it's not the best way.

How do you get to the bolts with the HINGE in the way? This may work with the fenders off. Otherwise, there is no room to reach the bolts with the fender in the way. My way works.

Thanks for the tips guys. I can remove the front end on this car in about 3 minutes so I will keep that in mind. The car has a roll bar cage so that will probably be my hardest thing to work around.
