Anyone know the specs on this engine?

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/DCC-5153527/

Could it be built for less than $14000?

Could you run it on the street?

How are they squeezing 470HP out of it??

Yes you could build it for less if you use a stock 360 or 340 block and RHS. That would cut the cost down big time. Brian from IMM built a buget build that made the same HP for much less cash if i remember.

The that crate motor comes with a race block which is over kill for that HP level unless you plan on upgrading but to spend 12.5G's and ripp into the motor is a little crazy IMO.

470 HP out of a 410 eddy headed motor is no problem.

Ya but is should be off-set by the cost of the intake and carb on this engine. jegs prices holley 750 double pumper 385.99, air gap intake 263.99 total 649.98. So at a cost of 2k you would only need 1350 more for a sixpac set up.

The heads on the 410 six pack motor should be the alum. moapr performance heads aka the edelbrock LA head with a mopar Logo on them
