MD72 OP member M Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 26 White Hall, Maryland	I have a follow up question about an LD4B intake. After going through some of my old stuff, I found an old carburetor. It's a Carter AVS #4639SA. From what I found out about it, it is for a '69 340 with Auto. Trans. and A/C. Am I good to go with my 318 .30 over and a mild cam? 7094894-crop800.jpg (58 downloads)

mr_340 master M Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 3,505 DFW	Only the HiPo 440 AVS's had the larger primary throttle bores. I've seen a lot of the 4166S A-120 carbs for sale at swap meets. It must be the most common AVS out there. It's basically the same as a 340 or 383, but different jets and rods. Floyd Lippencott IV
