Hmmm, I was hoping it was something I could fix and not something a machine shop would need to, Hopefully the shop that built it will fit the bill.

looks like you have PR to head clearance issues. some of the older heads have small PR holes that do not like roller lifters and shorter rods and need some grinding for clearance. you can have the same clearance issue with any of them and should be checked on install. look at the head in the PR hole to see where you need the grinding.you can do it yourself but the heads need to come off so no shavings are in the engine. good luck at the machine shop
