Im sticking with a 3.91 with the 6spd. First gear in the T56 is same A833 and ive been in plenty of cars with that combo and it flat rips. In 6th gear im a hair over 2000rpm at 80 rpm which is where I want to be on the interstate. Thanks for the advise. If I had a 5 speed id run 3.55s.

Was admiring your work and saw the windage tray while you were putting the pan on your engine. I looked through the jegs website and they have two windage trays available with rubber gaskets built in. One for 3.75 stroke and the other for 4.15. I know they aren't that hard to seal up, but I thought I'd throw that out there while you're at that point. Here's a link to the part: http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS+Performance+Products/555/502000/10002/-1

If that was mine, If I am seeing everything correctly, I'd add 2 mirror image gussets as space allows for expected exhaust pipe clearances, on either side of those slightly off vertical flat bar pieces connecting to the rectangular horizontal tubes. The current connection is a stress concentration point, and likely to have little rigidity because at that connection point the cross sectional area is suddenly greatly reduced. How much loading on this member is unknown, but the weakness remains.
Absolutely..

Doing that would definitely make it stronger. What you dont see,or maybe you can,is there is 1/8" plate stacked on each other on both sides, but spread apart about 3/8" at the tops where in ties into the cross pieces. My attaching bolt arrangement also helps the crossmember from being springy. If I could've afforded a Magnum T56 like Darren used I could've used the factory crossmember location and worked from there but this seemed the lesser of 2 evils with a Viper trans.
