I think the 14" brushed would sell well since they were used on a lot of years. A,B,C,E,F bodies.

yes but there is such a demand for the 1969 one year only trim ring also.

I now have 2 NOS sets for my two 1971 Dusters and I'm glad to have them, they weren't cheap by any means but I'd buy another set just for spares.

A quality/accurate reproduction or "continuation" from resurected dies would be a sure hit IMO. Anything would be better than the (incorrect) GM rings being pimped to Mopar owners.

I could use a couple. I wonder how well the 15" rings sold after they were reissued? It seemed to take forever to get them out in the market, whether Mopar made a decent profit on them would have a major bearing on if they would ever consider reissuing the 14" rings IMO.

If Chrysler had been making a profit on the reissued 15" trim rings they would not have cancelled them, largely due in part to lack of sales.
That being said, I doubt they would venture into releasing the 14" ones.

One pair of trim rings I bought are brushed with the polished outer face. The other set is brushed completely. Which would be correct for a '73 Plymouth Duster?

Anyone have an NOS set for sale? Let me know!! I don't think that you will ever see licenced repros.

There was an NOS set at the Mopar swap meet in Indy earlier in the month. $800 for the set.

Got Lucky this weekend and found a set of 2944424's still in the original boxes and packaging at the Portland Swap Meet. 1 package was still unopened. They were sitting on a table in the Pavillion with no other Mopar stuff around. The guy wanted $400 for the set. Even the paper they were wrapped in felt old. These were made 10/18/88. 23 years old..

Very nice looking trim rings. Shame they are the 1970 style that doesn't have the lip on the inner part or the 4 mounting clips. Someone has to make the correct 1969 trim ring eventually.

That style came out in 1970 and newer. They were used on the rallye and road wheels.

Man I really wish somebody would repop these things. I'm getting pissed at never being in the right place at the right time to get a set of these and there is no way that I'm paying somebody $800 for them. It is frustrating that so many of us put a ton of money and effort into restoring our cars only to have to install a mediocre set of these rings only because there is no other option.
