That is correct! I have documented quite a few with absoulutely no undercoating in the front and very very little in the rear. I have a friend here in town who ordered his GTX new in 69 when he lived in LA, and still owns it-perfect original undercarriage.

Interesting - do these cars show any signs of fender dings from stones being thrown up - something that it has been claimed the undercoating prevented (even if not its primary purpose)
