looks like # is 2806039 .. What applications is this for? . came off a 67 440 HP motor, but I dont believe it is correct for 67 , is it? thanks

I'm guessing mid 60s but there are plenty of people here who can nail the dates down better. I haven't seen one in a while but I remember taking one of them many years ago and notching out the bottom section to allow the alternator to sit down low vice upwards since I had blocked off the mechanical fuel pump. It worked quite nicely and made it look a bit less cluttered up top.

Lower alt bracket 1967 - 1968 B series engines with factory air.

Sorry, I don't know if they are different between B and RB engines
