I have a Jegs radiator I made to direct fit a 68 Dart and it drops right in my 67 Barracuda I am working on.
All rubber mounts and isnt hard to do.
If you want I will take some pictures of it tomorrow night when I get home from the Maple grove 10K footbrake race.

looked at the champion but i dont see a direct fit for a 67-69 A body. been looking at the summit but i need to measure the one i have to see how big it is. im looking for the easiest fit, would like to just bolt it in and off i go. im not a great fab. keep the ideas comming, thanks
Summit does offer direct replacements but for a couple of mounts the price goes UP Also the Summit brand is made by Northern Radiator which is American made

I have one of the Summit Radiators in the Satellite. Fits like a glove, and keeps up with the 452 on the street just fine. Had my buddy fab me up a custom shroud. Looks pretty good, and works great.

I just bought a Champion 3 core for my Charger.... didn't have a rad and the one I bought is probably cheaper than any 26" stocker price...
Yep. They are nice and the price is right. I got mine for like 200 bucks. I am using one made for a late corvette in my dakota, and I read in I think car craft that there is a 2 speed fan from a taurus that works perfectly for it with a 100 amp alternator. I am going to give it a try with that fan.
I have no plan messing with an electric pump on the street.

Sorry it took me so long. Here are the pictures of the way I do a aluminum rad in an a body.
I use 90s dodge dakota lower rubber mounts in the holes that are already in the core support. I weld a 1/2 inch dowel rod on each tank and weld a flat piece on each one to set on the mounts. Then, I weld two pieces of angle at the top of each tank that line up with the holes that are already in the upper part of the core support. I stick early 90s dodge caravan rubber mounts through thee holes and draw them up with 1/4 inch bolts. When its done, the whole radiator is mounted in rubber and all it takes is two bolts up top and it comes right out..
