Have an early 904 trans going to a '72 /6 - problem is new converter hub measures about 1.55" and crank end is 1.81". Can't use a later converter because spline count is different. Any thoughts? Thanks!

There are reducer rings available, can't remember who offers them; or have one made locally.

Thanks John and Robert - made a midnite run to the shop where I used to work and made a spacer from a 3000 psi socket weld fitting.
