I remember 4x4 magazine did a bunch of hop ups on a TJ with a 4.0; chip, aftermarket exhaust, K&N, etc. etc.......net result 1 - 2 hp!! They finally put a supercharger on it and that gave 'em 100hp. You can "chip" a diesel and get big power, but not a modern day gasser. stumpy I Win Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 32,934 Grand Prairie,Texas	I'm using an SCT tuner on my PT cruiser turbo and picked up 20hp on the dyno. That ain't bad for a plug in tune on a 2.4 motor.

My brother bought a SuperChips for his '01or '02 4.7 Dakota and loves it. Almost as much as the shift kit I put in for him. 1969 Dart GTS 340 1969 Super Bee X9 N-96 1969 Coronet R/T X9 N-96 2015 Dodge Dart GT 2019 Ram 2500 Big Horn. Looking for the original block for my Bee. The last 4 are 7449
