I moved mine back an inch but mine are under the chassis rails, i cut the old front hangers out and made new larger ones with multiple holes, i also dropped the rearend at the same time, then reset the pinion angle. I'm not sure what the offset front hangers look like but i would think you may have to fabricate something but what do i know. lol Mick

Yea, I'm probably missing something obvious, DUH...but don't flame; stupid questions are allowed here!
Knock out the old studs and put in longer grade 8 bolts... I really wouldnt go past a 1 1/4 or so....... BUT you will need to move the shackle if you move it much
