You guys who can build headers on cars are my heros. I can do almost everything else but that. I tried once and ended up with a mess. That's a skill that I truly admire-and have no problem paying for.

Its sorta like doing puzzles... the ones I made(but have made alot of headers) are within .1 on total length of each other

Mike your headers are AWESOME. Great work! I've always been afraid to attempt this but I guess I need to jump in and start somewhere.
They really look just like any top shelf header once coated too. I have a dakota and headers are hard to find. I have mids right now and want to do a set of long tubes eventually.
DIY can save a lot in this area.
Thanks Headers are fairly easy to do... most of the time its about getting them to fit the area allowed and be able to get them in and out and still try to keep them equal length... some times you have to give up something to get them to fit and most times thats the equal length
