finally made it to the track #1045477

Some of you no my car, 71 Scamp 4spd small block R3 416 cubs.
I have been trying my best to get it to the track, well finally I made it. I had to drive for 3 hrs and only got 3 passes and we where rained out. All three passes were back to back so no time for any changes. The car came out spinning in first and sec but still ran with a 1.43 60' 6.58 ET @ 107.8 mph 1/8th mile.
the car felt Awesome, with a few adjustment and some more time in the seat and at a proper track,I still see a 9.99 in this yet.

PS this was at a Airport strip not a pro track

It makes all the hard work and money and time you put in the car that it takes to get to the track and if it runs good will GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN

silly me I geuss I still can't see straight after them three passes.

the heads are Indy's 360-2 fully ported flow 325 @ 700.
