Getting ready to install the grille on my 69 Charger and I already have the grille frame installed,,, looks like it has to be out to install the grille? If someone would give me a step by step detail of installing the grille... Thanks for your help...

Hey John.. I believe it's a LOT easier to do it with the frame assembly out of the car and then install it. I'm out of practice. Both my '69's have those funny grilles.

If you don't know about it, you may wanna check over here.. A site dedicated to the coke-bottle mopar.

John,
It's pretty straight forward. The frame should be out of the car.
Attach the headlight surrounds(the end pieces) so that your grille is complete, including stainless trim. Place the grille into the frame surround and use a new set of spacers and screws. Install the whole unit into the car.
