If its squatting you need more leverage from the bars... move the rear of the bar farther away from the center line of the axle and make sure its planting the tires EDIT Also un-clamp the rear of the springs... they could be pulling the body back down which is also lifting the rear end

+1 That would be a good baseline setup. If they are SS springs, the part number on the older ones, is actually stamped into the shortest segment. Make sure the shocks are long enough.
