I want to buy some SS rockers from a local guy but they dont
Have shafts. Can i use my stock shafts? Are they all supposed
To be the same dia? These rockers are not bushed as far as i know
Clearance on the shaft about .003?

I would recommend not using your stock shafts. After market shafts are available from several sources.

Mancini's, Harland Sharp, MP, Comp Cams, and I think KMJ's are hardened. Also try 440Source, Ebay, Crane...

Some aftermarket shafts that I've seen weren't round over the entire length, not critical on the original stamped rockers but unacceptable for cast/forged rockers.

I have a set of the Indy shaft that came in the -1 kit and i broke a rocker so i ordered a replacement rocker,when i went to install the rocker it was giving me a fit trying to install it don't no if it is the shaft or the rocker out of tolerance so i decided to replace the shaft/rocker assembly with a new set of Harland's,T/D i still trying to do some research on which one.

On Mancini's site, they have the HS kits and they also sell the HS hardened shafts. Are these different that what comes in the kit?
