I did a set using a cut off wheel and an angle grinder. It's not brain surgery. Just put the shaft in a vise and work slowly.

All grooves will pass through the original oil hole at an angle to "wet" more of the rocker's internal bore. The groove must end inside the rocker body in any position.

ive got a dremel tool with the very thin paper discs... will that work? and how deep should i go?
