I bought one a while back and was ready to install it last weekend and i noticed that the hole in the brass end of the valve was not drilled in the center. It was drilled off to the side at an angle. Is this Correct or is it some sort of defect? It seems to me that when you screw in your brake line it will block off half the hole. plus i cant see how the plunger will block fluid flow. Any thoughts on this? Did i explain it well enough?

Just checking that you are aware that threads in the line lock solenoid itself are pipe threads. You have to use adaptors and then thread your brake lines into those. Be sure to use teflon tape on all threads, but keep it out of the system.
I've attached the instruction sheet.

Oh....you changed the subject line.
Is it just not showing in the picture, or is there only one port on that thing?
Also, it looks like it is the inverted flare fitting and not pipe thread like most of them....

Its correct, you need to use NPT threads, not a flared fitting on that side. I ran into the same thing, I ruturned it and had summit send another only to find the exact same thing. I put a pipe thread fitting on that side, and it works fine. To the last question: Pump the brakes to full pressure, then hit the switch to lock the line. Although, you can hit the button and then push the brakes, as it is a 1-way valve (WON'T let pressure out, but WILL let more in).
