Called the Quick Fuel techline and they recomended a 650 SS Double pumper. I asked about the version with annular boosters and he didn't recomend them on the street as they go rich in the top end.

Any experiences?

I have back to back time slips with the annular 750 on my 360 to the 1000cfm FAST efi, and the carb had slightly higher mph by .35mph to the efi...That should tell you somthing right there.

Annular gives you a fantastic low end on a big carb, and the cfm of the big carb gives you the top end. Now if you go with a smallish 650, you don't want the annular, as the boosters take up enough room to really call it a 550...The boosters are big, that's why they are so responsive at low end. And mine is a chokeless race carb I drove on the street back and forth to work on all the nice days, and to TNT once a week. Fires up awesome and drivability was really good.
