If you have a port injection manifold the EZ-EFI system looks like this:
EZ-EFI system for port injection $825
4150 throttle body with TPS and IAC $540
Sensors (1 bar map, coolant temp, air temp) $60
Injector pricing depends on the HP level. The only restriction is that they must be high impedance. Can go up to 850 HP depending on the injectors.

If you use the bolt-on EZ-EFI with injectors in the throttle body (bolts on instead of the 4150 style carb), that's $1689. Good for 600 HP.

There are other variations (like 2 TB units) but these are the most common.

The electronics have come down in price, everything else is the same. When I started making my system (2002 planning start) nothing existed below about $2000 and the systems 1/2 as good as FAST's systems were 4000+ and the canadian dollar was not favorable to me by about 1.6 times those numbers. If I could have gotten a system like EZ EFI for 825 bucks, I never would have built my own system. I'd say, skip the pain of learning EFI in and out, and go with a no-science degree required systems. MS is cool, but you'll be frustrated and ultimately give up or wish you have bought a better system by the time you finish.
