Many a high-winding SS 383 has been built over the years. No reason to think it would be different with a few more cubes. Piston selection has always been the issue with the B-crank motors. But if we're talking ab out a super-stock motor, typically we're talking about a "money is no object" type of build, so I would think you coould easily find a way to build sufficient compression.
