I would think that any power booster would put the master cylinder right over the manifold. Hard to see in this pic, but the dual MC is close enough to the manifold that I had to put a baffle under it.
I'm sure someone could build a duplicate of the Maxie exhaust for less than they sell for, if you have the pattern.
