So far everybody that I have talked to all have had custom roller cams....why is that?? How come nobody makes an out of the box cam that is worth anything???

I like the idea of a solid roller but are they any solid mechanical flat tappet cams out there that make good power??? If I can save $800 and go with a flat tappet.....I would give up the extra HP.

What do you think??
