Ok I had the same problem of not fitting with my headliner for my 72 Charger. It was from PUI which is just outside of Louisville. I gave them my original and they patterned a perfect fit from that. This was 1 1/2 years ago, Yours may have been old stock or they didnt continue with my pattern. Call them direct and explain, my name is Tim Armstrong and I am friends with an office personel there by the name of Joe Ford, she just retired last month but they all know her well and should resolve your problem.
