Dustya440- You said the dash lights didn't come on? I have a '99 Ram, 5.9. I was pulling a car, ran fine. Pulled into a rest area. When I took off, all of the sudden it started doing this, same thing. The check engine light came on and stayed on. Got it nursed back home and hooked up a scanner, yup, the crank sensor. Yeah, they are relatively cheap but a PITA to get too. Just wondering if it is the crank sensor, why the light didn't come on
