Had that problem with my 2001. Crank sensor fixed it right up.


his has 200k should have done it. my 2000 and 2001 went at 88k and 95k, still remember that cause both times were in snow storms and plows on,fixed both in lot. if you have a scanner crank sensors mostly fail when trucks hot magnet in sensor has crack and opens up, they radical missfire scanner will show it. truck cools down to ambient temp will run fine till it opens up again with full temp.if not done give it a shot 2 10 mm bolts hold it in by bell flange behind pass head. sucks cause they sieze in from heat
