Hey gang..
Quick question:
I'm getting ready to fire up the 440/727 that was placed in my '69 Charger 500 1 to 1.5 years ago. The motor/tranny that was installed came from a completely running/driving '69 New Yorker (IIRC). I've got the motor/ignition in a way I can fire up the motor. I'm going to install the radiator, but don't have tranny lines yet. Right now, there is a rubber line connecting the inlet/outlet on the tranny. Will it hurt the tranny if I fire up the motor for a couple of minutes?, no tranny engagement. It'll be a milestone in the car's project future.
