I'm thinking about having a set of spacers made to make my aluminum Halibrand wheels hub-centric instead of lug-centric. I was wondering if any of you out there have done something similar and how it worked out. Did you make the spacers out of aluminum or steel? Did you go for an interference fit in the wheel, or are they free floating? About how much did it cost you to have them made? Any info, input, or photos are much appreciated!
