Not much over stock. They are not only limited in travel but also pretty weak tension wise. I wouldn't go over 465/470 lift with them at the most and them make sure to check for coil bind. If using 360 heads make sure that you don't have the rotators on the exhaust valves - if so get rid of the short springs and use standard length springs and retainers to match the cam application.
