Here you go Tim. I thought that you might like these. Is altering the stock shock tower neecessary to install a HEMI engine into the 64-65 B body cars- No, but it sure does make life a whole lot easier! Every one of these I have seen has been incredibly tight on the valve cover. If your going to go to the trouble of doing this conversion why not make it so you can do your maintenance on that beast simple and less time consuming. Here's just a sample of what can be done.
