They either have a rubber plug to fill them at or
the GOOD ones have a screw in fitting with a breather
(but those HAVE to be mounted in one direction with
the vent at the top)... pull the plug and drain the
glycerin(liquid) then drill a small hole in the rubber
plug so the gauge can vent(pressure needs to be the
same inside the gauge as outside the gauge) then
put the plug back in ... good to go
