Now you've hot me thinking about it...Does anyone know if Holley 2300, 2-barrel sixpack carbs can be modified to have enough fuel flow capacity to run E85 and feed nearly 700 hp?

I dont see why not... your increasing the amount of
fuel not the air so if you have enough air flow you
would just need to increase the fuel volume by 30%
across the board... I dealt with Quick Fuel so you
might talk to them

Thanks for the tip. I found a 500 CFM E85 2bbl that's used for circle track racing on their website. It looks like with a little modification to the top of the carb it would be a bolt on replacement. It sure would be nice to have a trio of 500CFM E85 carbs under my shaker. I'm going to have to give them a call tomorrow to see how much that would set me back, and if they think it can be made to work on my application.
