I hope not, if it is, its not "equally", I have been using it on Alum prior to tig for over 20 years and likely I would be dead by now. However, it evaporates so fast, I can't see it being present in any quantities by the time I start an arc. Another problem, it is not just toulene, and I really don't know about the other components, but I will research it. And there is no toxic welding warning that I have read regarding UV, its likely OK.


Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.
