Jesse did this motor ever end up in the car? If so how did it run?

Could I just have an even bigger hole machined into these and then sleeve them to get a little more pinch cross section?

Groan, I wish! I was communicating with Peter Hill of Southern Performance NZ which was the factory for the RHS/Comp heads. His e-mail doesn't work anymore but I think he still works for Southern Performance/RHS. What I suggested was to cast a wide intake port pair and machine in the pushrod holes, that would open up the option of machining them in anywhere thus allowing a much wider pushrod pinch cross section if you used offset rockers. Peter was very receptive to the idea of one casting and machined options but the unknown interest in a iron head like that was the question.

What I thougt would sell was a head that would work with;

either LA or magnum valve covers
either LA or Magnum rocker gear
either LA or Magnum intake manifolds
eithr pushrod or shaft oiling

and have the RHS 360HPST chamber and ports.

RHS is updating their cast iron heads and might get to the Magnum yet, I'm not too hopefull anymore though.

Might be better to try to get EngineQuest to do it.

I don't think the engine is running in the car yet.
