We switched to beadlocks after fitting radials, using screws to locate the bead isn't recommended and after the tyre kept slipping on the rim we made the switch. Like you I couldn't see the point of a single beadlock. McFab are likely one of the companies you are thinking about but some style of wheels they are unable to convert so best to check, there is a good thread about this on Yellow Bullet.
