Just looked up a '92 Lebaron fuel pump and it looks the same as the one I replaced on our '91 Dodge GC and it too has the tank drain connection. It will not drain all of the fuel, as it will leave a gallon or less in the tank but it makes it so removing the gas tank is not so difficult. As mentioned it's a hose with a cap on it on the left rear of the gas tank and I just put a vacuum drain tank like used for draining oil out of the dip stick tube.
